ASCLS-AND Scholarships

Scholarship Form
Scholarships in the amount of $500 are designed to assist students enrolled in
laboratory programs who are in need of financial aide. Scholarships will be
awarded twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. Cut off deadlines for
consideration will be announced, however, you may apply at any time.
Satisfactory academic performance is required, but financial need is emphasized
over academic achievement. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Residency in an Arizona or Nevada program certified and accredited by CAHEA.

Primary consideration will be given to financial need.

Applicant must be a student member of ASCLS-AND.

A letter of competency and recommendation from a faculty member of the
applicant's program.

Applicant must be accepted into a CLT or CLS internship program with at least
one semester remaining in the program.

Applicant must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average.

In the event of a tie, society activity and academic standing will be
considered.
