ASCLS Region X “Spring Training Conference” March 5th – 8th
2012 Highlights
The conference, held at the Phoenix Marriott Mesa Hotel and Convention
Center, provided a great opportunity for ASCLS members and associated
laboratory professionals to meet regionally, attend program sessions, view
vendor exhibits, and gather in social activities with colleagues and
industry representatives. The
conference was well attended with participants coming from AZ, NV, CA, HI,
WA, and ID. Most attendees participated in all 3 days of the conference,
while some attended for 1 or 2 days.
Participation in conference sessions added up to 138 days of continuing
education with PACE credit.
The Exhibit Hall was filled with 28 booths
representing vendors, sponsors, and ASCLS membership.
Exhibit hours from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Wednesday and Thursday
included catered hot lunches and afforded ample time to spend viewing
instrumentation, products, and services, and talking with vendors.

JOB OPENINGS POSTED
In the face of these challenging times, ASCLS-AND is starting a new member service. We will post job openings in Arizona on the ASCLS-AND.org web page. These postings are intended to provide a service only and should not be interpreted as support for the organizations involved. It is still up to each individual to investigate the company and decide if the company "matches" with the person.
